About the shop

## One brand only

Northbank Kitchen Service repairs Thermador appliances in Jacksonville. Nothing else. That narrowness is the product.

A technician who sees the same six product lines every week knows what a column sounds like when the evaporator fan bearing is going, and knows which steam generator symptom is the pump and which is the feed line. A generalist covering fourteen makes does not. We chose the narrow lane in 2014 and have stayed in it for 12 years.

- **We are not part of any manufacturer service network.** We are an independent shop. Nobody appointed us and nobody endorses us.
- **We do not run a 24-hour line.** Scheduled appointments only. We do not run a 24-hour or emergency line. A midnight promise from a repair company is a marketing line, not a schedule.
- **We do not touch other brands.** If the kitchen holds another make, we say so on the phone instead of guessing our way through it.
- **We do not order parts before you approve a number.** Written estimate before any part is ordered or fitted.
