## How it works

Four steps. No trip charges stacked on top, no parts ordered before you have seen a number.

### 1. The call

Tell us the appliance and what it is doing. Symptoms are enough. We book a window that suits you.

### 2. The diagnostic

Flat $80. The technician tests on site and finds the actual fault, not the likely one. The fee is credited toward the repair if you go ahead.

### 3. The estimate

Written estimate before any part is ordered or fitted. Parts and labor are itemised. If the part has a long lead time, you are told before you commit.

### 4. The repair

Genuine OEM parts only. 90 days on labor, 365 days on parts.

### Who does the work

EPA Section 608 certified technicians for sealed-system work. Sealed-system work on Thermador refrigeration requires it by law, and we do not subcontract it.
