## 90 / 365 day warranty

If the repair we carried out fails inside the window, we come back and make it right. No second $80.

### What is covered

- The fault we diagnosed and repaired, if it returns.
- A part we supplied that fails inside 365 days.
- Our workmanship on that repair for 90 days.
- The return visit itself: travel and labor on a covered claim.

### What is not covered

- A different fault that appears later. A new fault gets a new diagnostic.
- Damage from a power event, a flood, or impact after we left. Duval County gets roughly 68 thunderstorm days a year and a surge can take a control board that was healthy when we tested it.
- Wear that returns because routine upkeep was skipped — a condenser left to mat over, hood filters left loaded, a water filter run long past its date. Maintenance is a load, not a defect.
- Work another party performed on the appliance after ours.
- Parts you sourced yourself. We warrant what we supply.

### Your manufacturer warranty
