Northbank Kitchen Service repairs Thermador appliances in Jacksonville. Nothing else. That narrowness is the product.
A technician who sees the same six product lines every week knows what a column sounds like when the evaporator fan bearing is going, and knows which steam generator symptom is the pump and which is the feed line. A generalist covering fourteen makes does not. We chose the narrow lane in 2014 and have stayed in it for 12 years.

What we do not do
- We are not part of any manufacturer service network. We are an independent shop. Nobody appointed us and nobody endorses us.
- We do not run a 24-hour line. Scheduled appointments only. We do not run a 24-hour or emergency line. A midnight promise from a repair company is a marketing line, not a schedule.
- We do not touch other brands. If the kitchen holds another make, we say so on the phone instead of guessing our way through it.
- We do not order parts before you approve a number. Written estimate before any part is ordered or fitted.
- We do not print only the flattering reviews. The whole pool is published, three-star entries included, and the average is the average of exactly what you can read.
No surprises
How the money works
Flat $80 to diagnose, credited to the repair. Genuine OEM parts only. 90 days on labor and 365 days on parts. The detail is on the pricing page and the warranty page, and the sequence of a visit is on how it works.
