Does the price change between one part of Duval County and another?
It does not. A kitchen at the beach and a kitchen off Roosevelt are quoted from the same table: flat $80 to diagnose, credited to the repair, and these bands for parts and labor.

Does the price change depending on where I live?
No. The same $80 diagnostic and the same repair bands, $170–$2,270 for parts and labor, apply anywhere inside the radius. No trip charge is stacked on top of the diagnostic for the far side of the county.
Why does the coast need different checks?
Salt-laden air loads condenser fins, pits hinges and seizes exterior dampers years before an inland kitchen sees any of it. On the beaches the first checks are corrosion and airflow; inland they are the circuit and the cabinet opening.
