What we hold
When you call, we record what we need to do the job: a name, a phone number, a service address, and notes about the appliance. That is it.
What we do with it
We use it to schedule the visit, order parts, and honour the warranty. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept while the parts warranty runs, and afterwards for normal accounting purposes.
Asking us to delete it
Call Northbank Kitchen Service on (904) 395-4339 and ask. We will confirm what we hold and remove what we are not required to keep.
